Informed after almost 2 hours of waiting and watching everyone walk in that it did not matter that I had arrived as a walk in and scheduled an appointment that the people scheduling appointments after me were more important and that their time had to be respected. How is my time not as valuable. Will absolutely be making it my goal to inform everyone of the amazing barber next to Hitlist where they are veteran owned and dedicated to ensuring your time is not wasted because you don’t get any of that time back.

It was First time here and I came in as a walk in.i booked an open appointment for a haircut taper fade and a shoulder massage thats offered on the services for 5 mins.the lady cut my hair and came out decent.but then when I check out I told her I didn't get the shoulder massage. She said the stylist told her to remove that service and only haircut...so why wouldn't she just said if I want another stylist who would.i asked for these specific services and they denied it.dont offer services if they can't do it.

The place is very nice, but the service is terrible. The young lady cut my hair so quickly, as if she were just getting out of the customer's room. She soaked my head so much that water was running down my neck. At no point did she bother to put a towel on my head, and in the end, she didn't dry my hair, leaving me with wet hair. The price didn't justify the haircut; I won't be back, and I don't recommend it either.

The stylists are good, and the reception/bartender is a good conversationalist but they’ve not offered the same at the bar. Seems like they too are cheeping out on the customers while also being high priced. Didn’t mind the wait either when I could get a drink I liked. No more.

Super nice staff. Clean facility. Beard was done well. Top end left something to be desired. I told her I normally have my hair up. Please clean up the ears and neck. I took my hair down for the cut so she could do what she needed. I put it back up and we've got flyaways galore in the back and uneven lines on my ears. Batting .500 in baseball is great. Not with my grooming, and for the price, I probably won't try again. Sorry but I can drink at the house.
