Tulsa Threading

I went in earlier today with my friend, it took them 30 minutes to thread my eyebrows, while doing so 3 separate ladies were taking turns doing my eyebrows. completely thinning them out and they both look different, once i got into my car and saw how badly they were i went back in for a explanation, the manager told me i had "ingrowns" all over my eyebrows and i just "need to grow them out" as i walking out i said "have a great new year" and she told me to "never come back" i have been going here my whole life, but with the new manager this place is getting worse and worse.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took only a couple minutes on my eyebrows and took over half an hour for my friend's brows. They had multiple different people working on my friends eyebrows and they turned out completely uneven. When my friend tried to address the situation calmly, they were very impolite and told us to never come back despite my friend telling them to have a good new year. Do not come here!

I don’t have problems with their eyebrow threading they are good. My issue is their eyelash lift , my 1st time doing the eyelash lift here my one eye lifted the other one no changes. I came the 2nd time after 4 months to give them a chance. I was worried because it took a long time almost an hour before I was finished because the lady (the same lady that did my 1st eyelash lift) did about 7 or 8 costumers before she removed the glue. The result- my eyelashes was not lifted , I told the lady they are not lifted enough but she talked to her coworker in their language . I still gave her a tip but will never come back. I will go back to my Lady in Oswego though she’s expensive she does do great job with eye lash lift. After couple of hours. I noticed some of my eye lashes are curly!

Got my eyebrows done for the first time in years since I had a bad experience with another place. The lady who did them was very sweet and patient with me and it was not anywhere as painful as I experienced before. I’ll definitely go back again. They look great.

The owner does a good job, everyone else is mediocre at best. Waited over 40 minutes, but the real kicker is that i was skipped in line THREE times after telling them i was next. Walked out and decided to take a gamble and get my eyebrows done at the place inside Tony's grocery store. The young lady was fantastic and charges only $6.
