Lauren did an incredible job and made me feel so comfortable. She was so calm, knowledgeable, and had great communication. She checked in to see if the pressure was good and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The environment is very relaxing and serene. This is my first time going to her for a prenatal massage and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

My husband booked a massage for my birthday here today. I was so impressed. The space was so warm and peaceful and I loved that the table was warm. Lauren was so wonderful.The massage was relaxing but she also worked on my tight muscles ( per my request).The experience was so tranquil .I am a big fan of the oil she used and the hot salt stones. I came in feeling tense, in pain, and stressed. I left feeling calm, relaxed, and relief! Exactly what I needed. I love that the massage is customized to my unique needs each time! Lauren knew exactly how to help my tension headache, and gave an amazing massage while making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I've always disliked professional massages in the past, because people touching me has always made it hard to relax, but I feel so comfortable with Lauren! You wont regret scheduling with her.
