I really wanted to love my experience at Tulip Salon and Spa, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I came in for a reddish tint and a haircut, but I left with a bright red, streaky result that looked nothing like what I requested. The red didn’t even take evenly—some parts turned pink and others yellow, especially where the hair was lightened and the texture of my hair now is horrid. The stylist was pleasant and friendly, but the outcome was not good. When I asked about a refund, Kristen told me that this was “what I asked for,” which it absolutely wasn’t. She offered to have it fixed, but I would have had to wait three weeks with my hair like this. After a long hold, I was refunded $50 for the haircut, but the rest of the $215 charge was kept. I had a wonderful experience at Tulip Salon on Saturday,24 Jan26. I called that morning for a haircut appointment and was given an 11:15 am appointment with Emma. I should have pre-warned Emma that I was coming in for a very short style, that she had limited experience with. Emma kindly explained this to me, then set about getting me ready for the cut. She did a fine job on part of the style then Megan came by to assist. Megan did an awesome job on my hair while also teaching Emma the techniques of the style. What I saw displayed was great kindness in helping another team member while giving her instructions on techniques for the style. I’ll be back again and know I’m in great hands!

I think I had Kristin, and she did a wonderful job giving me partial highlights and a botanical treatment to keep my hair healthy. She listened to my request for highlights and decided that a mix between ash blonde and golden blonde would be best. And she was right. Thank you!

The salon is so relaxing and chic! Emma was phenomenal and worked meticulously to get the perfect color! She made my pink dreams come true!

10/10 Service. I had Sierra as my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything she was going to do and was very welcoming and comforting. I highly recommend her for anyone. I cut off about 6-7 inches of hair and she did amazing. Best experience I have ever had at a hair salon.
