if i could give zero stars i absolutely would. my roommate and i just moved back to the area and were recommended this place by a friend and that was a huge mistake. we called days in advance to book appointments and told them in advance we wanted designs. same design different styles. simple right. apparently not for this salon. we were sat together on the right side of the salon in the middle two seats. i went in for a fill only to be told that a fill wasnt possible so she pushed me into a full set instead. i showed her the photo of what i wanted and she told me she could do it. from the second she started i already knew something was wrong. then it got worse. the tech doing my roommates nails finished laying down her acrylics and immediately passed her same brush to the tech doing mine

SO THAT IS LITERALLY TWO HOURS OF MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GET BACK. a friend of mine recommended this place so my roommate and I went in there we had an appointment set and we both wanted the simple turtle shell design for fall, which is a pretty basic design and I feel like should be pretty well known because it’s been around for years. we get sat next together on the right side of the salon and she starts to file and shape my nails, which she did pretty okay then it came time to do the design and she was scattering around looking for eight different kinds of brushes and five different kinds of colors and then starts asking around to her coworkers how to do this and then her coworker had to pull up a video and even then she couldn’t get it. she was putting random colors on my nails and didn’

My nail still looks good after 6 weeks vacation . Their salon is nice and clean. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years.

My first time visiting was a wonderful experience! Kim was very kind and patient with me asking questions, and she worked absolute magic making my dreams come true with this set!

My Son gifted me with a Full Service Mani-Pedi. A lovely experience ☺️ My feet especially felt wonderful afterwards 😉 Excellent Customer Service. The entire place was immaculately CLEAN! I will return, and I highly recommend them! 🌷🌷🌷
