Perspire Sauna Studio

Excellent Red light and Infrared Sauna experience. The entire place is extremely clean, has a very calming and relaxing ambiance. The Infrared Saunas have all the bells and whistles - LED lights, chromotherapy, red light therapy and bluetooth speakers and television all piped into the sauna. Definately an amazing self-care experience!

Rented a car from the airport and drove up for a sauna session. Well worth it! Crystal was super helpful and communicative. The studio is well thought out. Near the front are health beverages for purchase as well as sweat creams and such. They have a filtered water machine and towel drop area. Inside the sauna room (very private) is a TV (Bluetoothed in to the sauna) and a comfortable amount of changing space. Book a shower room for sure, it’s a great addition. I like that they use the clearlight sauna with low EMF and VOCs. Red light panel and chromotherapy inside the sauna cabin. When I’m in Detroit next, I’ll definitely make the trip back to this location.

I've been visiting the Empire Sauna Studio for several months now, and it's the best way to relax after work. The infrared saunas here are always perfectly clean, and the ability to set up color therapy and turn on your playlist via Bluetooth makes the session as comfortable as possible. I'm coming out of there refreshed and full of energy!

I travel all over and use saunas wherever I go. This studio offers more bells and whistles and has nicer saunas! Soothing music options, TVs inside the rooms, and very spacious saunas. Stephanie V helped me and was incredibly accomodaring and genuinely passionate and knowable about the health benefits of red light saunas, allowing for an all around authentic and super positive experience! WILL be back next time I’m in town!!

I was given a month long membership for Christmas, and I absolutely loved it! After your first visit they have everything setup exactly how you want it. From the temperature, to the lights, to what's on the TV, all of it is personalized to your preferences! 10/10 would recommend.
