T&T VIP Nail Spa

Ok everyone this place is actually awesome… Wendy is the owner she does amazing eyelashes… TK is brand new to the area his nails are on point and last… He specializes in marble effect he mixes glow in the dark. He’s awesome. You have to try him out. He’s brand new from North Houston. Amazing almost definitely always be going to TK and Wendy.

My experience was awful from beginning to end. The lady who did my nails was very rough, and she was rude. She did not listen to what i wanted and tried doing anything to change my mind. She left my design sloppy and my nails were already messed up after leaving. I paid $82 for nails that I’ll have to get removed in two days as my nail beds are on fire and sore.

Edit:4/20 windy fixed my nails at no charge and they are so much better. Her nail tech didn’t like being told by her that he did a pour job and blamed me but that’s ok windy and her husband were very apologetic and fixed my nails and they look soo much better! Ok so let me just say this is no way in regard to the owner Wendy is a very nice woman but her employee is HORRIBLE at doing nails! This is now the second time he has completely messed up my nails and I have to get them fixed and one thing about me is I really never speak up I’ll just take it and deal with it but it was so bad this time he literally asked me if I liked them and I told him NO THEY WERE HIDEOUS AND HE STILL CHARGED ME AND DID NOT FIX THEM! I definitely do not recommend this place I came here to spend a relaxing day with my two girls , and instead paid almost 150 for 3 pedicures and a manicure. First off the manicure looks a mess and I am going to wipe both colors off as soon as I get home i just don't understand how they off these services the pedicure looks nasty the color was dry and left steaks and the manicure is bleed all over like what?

Staff was so friendly, the owner always makes an effort to speak with every client. Lee did exactly what I asked for and shaped my nails perfectly.
