TT Nails

i was here getting nails done for my birthday, last night my nail was swollen, hot to the touch, and throbbing, it is now swollen and purple, there is puss, and my finger is so sore. i had to take my soak my own nail off, were as it would not come off. i came up here to get them removed and informed them of the situation, they werent comforting about it at all. make sure your nail techs are cleaning their items before you lose your finger!

I didn't even get a chance to get nails done. I walked in and politely said hello and asked how they were. They asked what I wanted and I stated I wanted a manicure set done. Was told okay and was made to stand there like I was just the rudest and repulsive thing they've met over 20 minutes without another word said. So conclusion, just find another establishment.

Today they were fine with a young gentleman doing my toes. No issues and the other lady present was also nice. I have been here before with varied experiences but never bad, just sometimes friendlier than others.

I’ve been here on numerous occasions, and I’ve never had a problem. However, last night I went to go have a pedicure, fill, and my eyebrows waxed. The pedicure was good, the fill was okay, but the brows was a terrible experience. I wanted chrome on my nails and when she went to apply it, it was green and blue, not what I wanted. When she realized that I didn’t like it, she looked upset which I understand it can be frustrating. However, to start getting an attitude was not the answer to any problems. I have family and friends who do nails and what I wanted could’ve been done, without the attitude as well. When I got my eyebrows waxed, I didn’t know I would leave with my skin burned. My first time getting my nails done here. I had a great experience. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They have a variety of drinks to choose from and the place is very clean. I felt like it was price well for the quality of product/service provided. I will definitely be going back in the future. They also give a discount if you pay in cash.
