What an incredible experience. I was treated with a genuine welcome. Not a fake welcome of inconvenience. Warm friendly and cozy environment. Diana K , Bri S, and Victoria M greeted me with a warm smile and pampered me like a queen for a day. From the front staff welcome to the cashier at the end goodbye 100% warm and friendly. I would recommend this place. I will definitely be back.

Sarah did an amazing job on my gel nails. And Brooke is great with my hair. They both are very personable, friendly, and professional! They both are my "go to"!!

This place is a gem! I only got a mani pedi, but I will absolutely be back for a massage and a facial the next time I'm back in town. They pamper you like no other place I've ever been. A heated scented neck wrap, a fur blanket, plus refreshments and snacks on top great service.

I had a signature facial done by Jess at Clarksburg. She was so kind, thorough, and professional. Her attention to my comfort level and relaxation was more than appreciated. I will be coming back for more services with her!

I had an appointment made weeks in advance for my mother to get her hair highlighted and cut for Christmas as her gift. We arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment today at 12:30pm. The stylist was still working on another client when we got there. The stylist began washing the other clients hair when it was about 12:30 and still had to cut and blow dry it. When the time hit 1pm and we still hadn’t been called back because the stylist was still working on the other client, we left. The women at the front were kind and assured we would not be charged for the cancellation since it was 30 past the appointment time. Very disappointed with this experience.
