T’s Nails

it's been about a couple weeks since i got my nails done here, and I'm genuinely just not happy with them. i had a GelX manicure when i came in here to get a new set, and the tech ripped the GelX off with cuticle nippers instead of soaking it for some reason. cut my cuticle in the process and it still hurts. and as if that's not enough, the nails on my left hand were INCREDIBLY crooked, like all 5 of them were pointing northeast. i had to go elsewhere and pay to have that hand re shaped and painted again, and they were not cheap to begin with! 85 dollars for the most crooked nails I've ever had, and an experience of having my previous manicure talked negatively about the entire time too. i will not be returning here due to these things, and the only reason i gave 3 stars instead of 2 is be

PT is wonderful I go generally every 2 weeks and she always gives me quality service. She know what I like and don't like so we never have a problem. Just a few of my random nail pictures.

They always do a good job on my feet. The people that work in this shop are nice. When you come without an appointment, you don't feel welcomed. They are always busy, so is best to make an appointment.
