V Nails

My mom and I wanted our nails done at the last minute and Mrs. Michelle and Tony took good care of us. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They did our nails exactly how we wanted them done. You have gained to new loyal customers, we will be back!!

Found this place on a whim one day and was blown away by the talent, professionalism, and vibe (their hilarious) of their nail techs. I told lamb chop I thought I was getting engaged, and he absolutely delivered! So glad I found this place since moving to Goodlettsville, and I will be a regular.

They saved the day! I got my nails done 3 days prior at another shop. They were AWFUL! V Nails totally fixed the prior technicians work without pressuring me to get a new set My nails now look amazing! You can feel confident giving them a try!

Came here because a friend recommended it. To say I am highly disappointed would be an understatement. Within five days, almost every nail is chipped or cracked in some way. To pay $73 for a gel manicure and a simple polish exchange seemed high to the service and especially for not even lasting a full week.

Beautiful facility. Staff was okay. Wasn’t great but wasn’t rude. I booked the pedicure with callus removal, but my feet aren’t even soft 😩 for my hands and feet I asked for my base to be more pink and his response was “no more pink” 🙁 he did my manicure so aggressively, I guess because he was tired after spending an hr on my pedicure. But I’m visibly pregnant and my hands literally hurt bc how rough he handled me 🥲 he was nice enough. But it’s disheartening when I’m paying for a service and I’m telling the technician what I want, but I feel like he’s just doing what he wants. I still left a nice tip because I believe in paying people for their services, but I won’t be recommending and I won’t be returning.
