Poor, low, quality customer care and can't understand English service request. Just look above eye glasses starring at you crazy when you're explaing what you prefer even after she asked the question..she the professional. I trust you know how to look at toenail and even them out. She asked me for every single toe individually if I wanted the toenail cut.

I won't even bother explaining my rating just look at the pics. PLEASE DON WASTE YOUR MONEY. The guy that did it nails got mad because he wasn't painting almost half of the nail and I have to tell him to please fix it. He also didn't bother to remove the mess on the side of the nail. I know I might sound demanding but if I'm paying for a service I want it to be done properly.

Really nice although I felt like they didn’t understand anything English or how I want it done so I left with completely opposite . She spent a lot of time on the nails and some are crooked, The feet came out really well. I felt like the whole, not knowing my language thing was taken advantage of and ended up spending $110

Not the best customer care. Really could care less about customer retention. Make not to go to older lady with glasses, long black hair.

The ladies took care of my mom and I, deluxe pedicure, deluxe manicure and it felt so good! I really recommend this business, the gentleman in the front and one of the ladies are very patient when it comes to questions and concerns I might have before doing something, that’s why I like to come back to get my treatments here, please keep up the good work!!!💯
