Rated a 1 because zero is not an option!! I called this place on Wednesday and made an appointment for 2 people 1 person was to get a full set eyebrow and pedicure other person just eyebrow and pedicure, set the appointment for 430 Friday 08/08/25 she was all good the book appointment!! This lady calls me today day Of my appointment to tell me that they going bE busy and I cannot get serviced there!! I’m like I booked 2 appointments ahead of time in which you could have told me than that you were gonna be busy so I could’ve looked for somewhere else to go!! How inconsiderate is this!! Bad for business for sure

I decided to try this place because it caught my eye as I was walking around Chinatown. I got a brow wax and a pedicure. They were very friendly and did a great job. My brows look great and she removed my ingrown toenails painlessly. I will definitely come back.

I came in for permanent straightening and they said it would take about 3 hours, but because my hair was long and not manageable, it took about 4. I usually end up at places where a Vietnamese person cuts my hair for reasons, and at most of these places they usually try to make big conversation with me. I get uncomfortable. But the person cutting my hair was a guy, never got his name, didn't make much conversation except "Where are you from", "are you okay", and "okay, over here", which was great. Overall, for my permanent hair straightening and hair cut (long hair with layers) I paid about $200. Pretty cheap.

This is a great place to take care of my beauty. They got all of nails services and also hair. I come here to do nails every 2 weeks and cut my hair every six months. They got skillful technicians and also are very friendly and patient with customers. The price is good and services are awesome.

I went there for make my hair and pedicure and manicure and my hair the first things is very good ! But I remember I forget my beach sweater over there and are very late like 7;30 and the vitamins girls close account for everything because another person left to the salon, also nothing chip, but I don't care if the people get a good job, the only thing I don't like, I forget my jacket and no body said nothing about that ! How I can come again if I can no trust bese guys so bad ! I really feel the guys still my money ! 🙈😩😳
