MiO's Designs Barbershop - Waikiki

Although they specialize in men’s cuts, I do like to come here for a women’s trim while my husband gets his haircut. Mio normally does my trim’s and Nick cuts my husband’s hair. They never disappoint. Their original location is in Kalihi, so we had to follow them here. They are now offering 10% off for their grand opening! There is free parking right in the front and the back. Super convenient to get in and out. We also love that it’s next to soju bang. So if you get a cut around 4:30/5 you can go over to grab a drink or a bite to eat after! Thank you Mio and Nick and congrats on your second location!

Finding a Barber when you are out of town is complicated. You know nothing about them. You do your research and hope for the best. MiO's is the real deal. When you explain what you are looking for and they deliver, then you have hit the jackpot. They have two locations. We went to the newest and grand opening. Fully stocked and ready for all of their clients. Women are also welcome. So from facial hair to long flowing trim up, they are ready for all of your needs. When you go, tell them the folks from Ohio said Hello!!

After getting my hair done, I wasn't entirely happy with the color, so I discussed it with her. She asked me to come back the next day to adjust the color to my liking, and the result was fantastic. My favorite barbershop

OMG! Nick is so talented!! I needed a buzz of my sides and requested a carving too and WOW! I love the design he did and his attention to detail was very impressive and much appreciated (as I am also detail oriented and tend to have to clean up hair cuts after I get home). No need to with this one though. I highly recommend!

Took my bf to get his hair done. Choose this place cause it seems nice and clean . It turned out to be great! I think it's a really good price for such precise haircut! He even helped cut his side burns and cut his mustache!
