T's Barber Shop

Been here twice and had experiences with two barbers. My first time was great. I told the barber I wanted a mid-skin fade and he asked a question about how I wanted the top and did a great job. The 2nd time (different barber) the fade turned out to be a low skin fade and the scissor work wasn't as good and he didn't realize I wanted scissor work even though my hair was long and it wouldn't match the fade. He didn't seem good/comfortable with the scissor work so I didn't press for more work since at that point it was "ok." Really depends on who you get.

March 28, 2023, 2:00pm This is my second experience here. The old lady, which I think is their manager, was the one who cut my hair. She shouldn't be cutting hair for men because it's like she doesn't know what she's doing. I'm trying to be respectful as much as I can for this review, but she messed up my hair very badly. I told her that I wanted a fade and a trim on the top of my hair. She did a poor job on the fade and didn't even do much of a trim on the top. I had to ask her to make some adjustments, but she couldn't understand me at all because she mostly understands Tagalog. I had to make adjustments at home with scissors to make my hair look better. What bothered me a lot was how she kept on walking away to do things such as getting food at the back or answering her phone. She eve

I did a walk in and saw my old barber Donald. It’s been years since I used to go see him in town. I moved and we lost contact. So glad I found him again. Donald is a master and been doing it for years. Also the prices here are way more fair than other places. Go see Donald!

This is probably the best haircut I got. And I got a lot of haircuts in the 50 years of my life: I am super impressed with Jerry as my barber. He took a lot of care to ensure I look my best. I will be back.

There were 2 employees working. One was busy the other on his phone which look Chinese. The Chinese employee keep looking at me and looking away. When people can in as I was waiting he signed them to come to him. When they told him that I was there 1st he said it’s ok. He better hope I don’t see him later in life. But over all I waited an hour for the other employee to finish up with his scheduled appointments which I understood. Thanks bro.
