I’ve had very mixed experiences here. I’ve gotten my hair trimmed/waxes here before and they did well. However recently I went here to schedule an appointment for my wedding hair. First I scheduled a trial and my stylist cancelled twice over the span of about a month. At this point it was only two weeks before my wedding and they couldn’t fit me in with another “senior stylist” so I went with another random stylist and understood appointment would be free of charge for the inconvenience. However once the trial was done (it took almost 3 hours and still wasn’t quite right) I still had to pay 95+ tip as apparently only the hair cut was free (25) and I still was expected to pay for the styling. Then we get to my wedding day and I am supposed to have a senior stylist but was cancelled on a T

I really enjoy the highlights I had done however the more I style and play around with my hair, the less I like it. I did show some inspiration pics if what I wanted and am a little disappointed. I don't know if I can ask to have it adjusted or fixed. May just try another salon. I also would like to point out that the pricing of they're services compared to what I paid for are way off. Ended up with over a $300 bill, which I noticed was changed $75 dollars for a haircut!!

It’s a cute little place and the staff was extremely friendly, and I absolutely love my hair. The only part I am disappointed with is the pricing. Online it said 120 for a full highlight which is the main reason why i decided to book with the salon. No one talked about any pricing before hand, so i assumed it would be close to the 120 listed online. I only received highlights, no toner. After my service is done, they tell me it was 260$ not including the tip! I felt so dumb founded and misled. If you aren’t gonna stick with the online price, do not list that price online. i would’ve went somewhere else.

Alex Vascukynas is an incredible stylist. Any time I have an idea or need a service, I can fully trust she will deliver it to the highest standard. I always have a positive experience. I highly recommend choosing her as your stylist!

I always go to Scott Millers to get my highlights done. I've never had a bad experience with them. This is the first time I came to this salon. My highlight appointment was with Erica. I had touched up my roots days prior to the appointment but she touched them up again. My roots looks orange. Then, they set up an appointment with sarah to try and fix it . She was a sweet person though. It is not Sarah's fault, she tried to clean it up but it wasn't possible. I spent $240+ with tip and I am not satisfied. I wouldn't come here again
