If you have any sleep issues, you have to go here. I got the craniosacral, body & face lymphatic drainage and I have felt amazing ever since. The whole process was so relaxing, like a full body massage. The craniosacral helped me so much with a lifetime of sleep issues. I fell asleep that night without sequel for the first time in years. I hadn't been sleeping throughout the night for almost a month leading up to my appointment, and ever since my appointment I've been able to sleep throughout the night, I haven't needed as many hours of sleep to feel amazing, and I'm able to fall asleep easier and faster. My rings felt looser on my hands and my neck waddler (haha) was smaller after the lymphatic drainage. Pretty cool! Kimmy is super sweat!
