Trust Salon and Day Spa

I wanted to try a new hairstyle on my very long hair. She helped me consider what would work with my hair type, goals, and the busyness of my lifestyle. I am super happy with what she did. The haircut was really reasonable ($50) and I left with some products (which were not pushed on me.) I will be going back.

I was traveling from Eugene to Reno for my daughter’s wedding. My hairdresser fell thru so I looked up Trust Salon and Brianna took me and gave me the best haircut ever! She did exactly what I asked her to do! I was super happy with it and would refer her to anyone!!

This was my first experience at a hair salon ever and Loree did an amazing job cutting my hair! She was very kind and thorough during the process, and continually checked in with me to make sure I liked the results. I will certainly be coming back!

I do not recommend this place for anyone who is a POC as they have no experience working with our hair type. They not only will lie and say they are able to give you what you ask for, but they will also destroy your hair and charge you $500+ for it. Response to the response: My hair was NOT box colored. Don’t you think I would know if my hair was? Prior to going to the salon to get my hair done, I went to Marisa to get my nails done. There she not only saw my hair in person, but gave me her card to discuss doing my hair. I clarified with her and asked if she was able to do my hair. I am Hispanic and my hair is thicker than most Caucasians I know. I went to her for services instead of a different salon because she said she knew how to work with Hispanic hair. So happy with Trust Salon, they really lived up to their names today. We had a crisis after getting a bad haircut and I called to see if they could squeeze us in and the said come on in. Joanna was so wonderful with us. My daughter was pretty upset and from the time we got there we both felt at ease and welcome. My daughter felt so trusting and they crafted the coolest haircut together. It was so much better than just a cut, she got great education about hair, products and so many cool styling tricks and tips to really rock her cut. They worked until it was just what she wanted. I haven't heard her laughing and giggling so much in a long time, I was too and for me that was the best part. Hearing her laughing and seeing her beaming with joy, feeling like a million bucks was priceless. She e
