Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’ve gotten a lot of massages at other locations, but since moving to this area, Ashley has recently become my regular massage therapist. She has helped me significantly with painful areas in my shoulders, neck, and back. I prefer a firmer pressure with massages, and she manages to provide that while still giving a super relaxing massage. I always feel a release of tension in my neck after seeing her. And she has such a sweet and calming vibe. Thank you Ashley. I am super grateful for you! 🫶

I’ve been coming here regularly for years and absolutely love it. Nick is hands down the best esthetician. He’s an expert, and very facial feels like a customized experience because he takes the time to really analyze my skin. He explains every step of the process, including why he’s using a certain ingredient or product and sometimes even explains the history of the procedure! Every time I leave, I’m absolutely glowing with the best skin I’ve ever had.

Absolutely loved Angel! She was so sweet, informative and really knew what she was doing. My skin has never felt more refreshed. I upgraded in these winter months to the hydration mask, it was well worth it! Go see Angel, she’s a doll!

I had a genuinely awful experience with Hand & Stone Ocean and their general manager Laura. They failed to confirm my original appointment, then charged me as a no-show despite never sending confirmation. I was understanding and very politely asked, on two occasions, for management to call me for a simple resolution—no one ever did. When I finally proved they never sent me the text or called me, I was met with an absolute lack of accountability, rudeness, eye-rolling, and even threats. I quote "this was not a priority for me" "I am over hearing you talk about this". This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, considering the General Manager of the location (Laura) is who I was dealing with. Save yourself the stress—avoid this location entirely.
