I love going to True Rest Float spa. The floats help me meditate and come out feeling rejuvenated afterwards. They just opened a Vitality Suite which has a sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy which is just as good for the body and soul. Grab some tea and journal about your experience in the lounge on your way out. This place is a vibe.

It was my first time experiencing Float Therapy, and I am truly blown away! The entire experience was phenomenal. Easy booking, amazingly welcoming staff, the accommodations, and the pods themselves were all a bit overwhelming (in the best way). While I was alone in my POD, I had to take a few breaths to really appreciate everything about the space. Everything was well stocked and pristine. I even felt comfortable enough to shower barefoot. I can't forget Nate, who was my host. He welcomed me with a smile and was very thorough in explaining the experience to me. Even in my moment of (slight) panic, I was relieved by a comforting voice in the intercom that assisted me immediately. Signed up for their Limitless package. After a month of floating whenever I want, I’m happy to report that I’ve never felt better! The Vitality Suite is the icing on the cake. If you’re on the fence, treat yourself! Your nervous system will thank you tremendously for it 💚

Such an amazing experience!!! 10/10 would recommend! Liz was amazing at the spa! You get in these pods and float for an hour. There are different options on how to experience your float. The water is the same temp as your body so I couldn’t feel it sometimes and felt like I was floating in the air. After you float you can shower to rinse off, which is nested because the salt on your body. There is a prep room you can go into after to freshen up. The oxygen bar is also really neat for a relaxing recoop after and fresh fruits & a tea bar with multiple spices and honey. 🤩
