True Life Massage Chairs

I purchased a massage chair from Truelife Massage Chairs in Oct 2024. In February 2026 I had an issue with the lower portion that was a bit unusual. Truelife sent their repair tech over. I was very happy with the service and dedication to detail provided by Jin. Above beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Truelife Massage Chairs.

Expect nothing but legendary service, price and attention to detail. They sell open brand new, opened box, returned items at retailers for cheap. Kristy helped us with all the questions, tried variety of the options available. She is great on pricing and service. The store is pretty modern, not like other massage chair stores we have been in.

The entire experience was great. The team was very polite and friendly, and I felt zero pressure from them to buy anything. They were both very helpful in explaining the different features of the different chairs that they offer. I did extensive online shopping looking for other local showrooms where I could test drive the chairs, but they all appeared to be more expensive. I realized that some designs were great for me and some were not, so though there are online chairs that appeared to be less expensive, I consider that route very risky. The price I paid was very good and fair for the quality chair I bought. The delivery was perfect. I was notified ahead of time that they were on their way. The gentlemen both took care to wipe everything down, such as the dolly rollers before bringing

Can't say enough good things about this place. They are super helpful and no pressure. They actually want to help you vs a lot of places that just want to sell you something. If you are in the market for a chair, I would definitely go check them out.
