Total rip off. They do not respond to emails. They do not EVER answer the phone. They take your money and do not deliver the product. Once my credit card company got on their ass, they all of a sudden delivered the product. AFTER 90 DAYS!! Deal with these thieves at your own risk!!

This company has some of the WORST customer service, and the products they offer are just as bad. They are shady and liars, save your money and time by going elsewhere, because they're just going to try and keep your money without giving you the quality product they promise.

Been going here for awhile and thought I had finally found a decent place to get quality oils from but I was wrong. My last 2 orders of burning oils were terrible, you burn this stuff and there’s no fragrance because they are putting to heavy of a cut on the oil. I requested a refund for 2 bottles of oil I received that were odorless and was told the refund had been issued. A month later I still haven’t received this refund. I placed an order online and chose the pickup in store option in Baltimore which I have done many times before. I arrive at the store after receiving a call stating that my order was ready. I ask for my order and the guys have no clue of what I’m talking about. My order was at the other store and somehow I should have known that they changed the in store pickup

These reviews have me afraid to order!!! I have ordered once and they did use a lot of cut that some of my fragrances were not strong but l brought alot and was able to mix other fragrances with it. If anyone know of any other reputable companies please post them. Thank you in advance.

I’m so late to writing this but I had a pleasant experience with True Essence. I called ahead to see if I could stop by and they were very pleasant with me. They have a huge selection of oils to choose from. I almost bought everything that they presented to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
