I’ve been coming to see Jamie for 8 months now, and it has helped enormously. I ended 2024 very stressed out physically and emotionally, and Jamie’s work has helped me get back to my normal self. Jamie is very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The space is cozy and pristine. If you’re undecided, come give it a try, you won’t regret it!!
I love my time with Jamie! Deciding to get regular massages has been a game changer for my health and relationship with my body and I am so glad that I found Jamie as part of this journey. Jamie takes time to communicate about your needs and boundaries before and during massage. I joke that I have a new body every time I leave the table but I truly feel that Jamie’s attention, mindfulness, and care have been life-changing for my relationship with my body.
Jamie gives a wonderful massage! Highly recommend!
