Terrible business and even worse business practices. They refused a refund for lotion that i never walked out the door with or even had in my possession. When the price i agreed to wasn't what was charged to my card. I've had other terrible experiences with "expiring" points and written letters to cancel membership. Seriously? Who do you people think you are? I'm a business owner with a store front and I'm appalled at these shady business policies. Don't even get me started on the quality of the bulbs in the beds at the latrobe location compared to their greensburg location. Pathetic. Im so frustrated with the fact that I like to tan but the only option near me are these fools.

While they do have a very clean place I'm so furious about the way they price items and how they go about sales the girl at the counter neglected to give me a receipt for my very first month of tanning and to beat that I got my tanning package on March 26 and paid 163$ for my package and two lotions then I went in today and she told me I word her another 100$ like what!! Would not recommend unless your ready to spend an arm and a leg .

The girl working on 6/11 at the Latrobe location was so sweet. She complimented my skin tone and walked me through the process of a spray tan. Super friendly and just overall good experience.

The Latrobe salon seems to be in a little older building than the Greensburg salon. The beds are clean and the staff was nice. Will definitely return.
