I had an absolutely awful experience at Kim’s Hair Care in Latrobe, PA. I was there from 9 AM to 4 PM—seven hours of my day—only to leave with wet hair and a style that was nowhere near what I asked for. I even brought a picture to show exactly what I wanted, but Danielle, the stylist, couldn’t get it right. She tried to fix it, but the results still didn’t match what I requested. When I raised my concerns, I spoke with Sarah, who told me I couldn’t receive a refund but offered to fix my hair during off hours. While I appreciated the gesture, I had already spent far too much time there and didn’t feel comfortable returning after such a poor experience.
