Tropical Nails

All my nails are uneven, crooked and thick, my nail lady kept leaving me to help other customers during my appointment so it took over 2 hours and had to redo them just for them to still come out bad. Left nailpolish stained on every finger as well (not the nail) and my thumb nail is shorter than all the other nails. They also looked grown out and like blobs the first try too. Definitely don’t recommend you to come get your nails done here. I literally cried.

My mom and I came in for a last minute pedicure and we had a great experience! They were so nice and gave us great service. Then, we witnessed them use the same tools on multiple people, along with not changing towels. Not good.

Each time i go i am unhappy. They are convenient in location, but i can never get a good nail service. Last i was in i said i needed to be out in 1.5hrs and needed a new set of acrylics, i said if it cant be done ill be backlater. She took me and said yes. Then her appt came in 20min into my service and she told me to get up and sit on the couch with my nails half done while i wait for her to see her appt! I had to get up and ask for someone to finish. By this point i had only 20min before i had to leave and all they did was remove the old gel polish and a sloppy fill (even though i asked for a new set!) I have been going here for 8 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results every time I leave. Susan is so nice and great at what she does! I’ve tried many other places when I’m away at school but nothing compares. Wide variety of colors including dip powder. Highly recommend!
