Had a facial with Olivia. She gave an incredible facial. Very thorough and great face, neck, & shoulder massage.Great products and she had excellent technique. The only downside was the noise from the salon which was easily heard from the treatment room. I would definitely recommend a white noise machine outside the door as well as some soft music in the treatment room itself.

Wendy is truly the only person I trust with my hair. I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years (through moves between Boston and the South Shore) and she’s always worth the trip. I constantly receive compliments from friends and even strangers on my hair color, which is a testament to her incredible skill and artistry. If I am getting my hair done at a wedding, the professional stylists even comment on how well my hair is blended/highlighted. Her new salon is absolutely beautiful and worth visiting, whether you’re seeing Wendy herself or another member of her talented team. I had a fantastic experience at Synergia Salon and Spa went in for a full balayage and haircut, was amazing — super professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. had a very disappointing experience with Laura at this salon. From the start, her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which made the whole appointment uncomfortable. The quality of her work was careless — my nails were uneven, poorly painted, and chipped within days. On top of that, the cleanliness at her station didn’t feel up to standard, which left me uneasy. To make things worse, the pricing didn’t match the service I received at all. I left feeling frustrated and like I had wasted both my time and money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Laura, and I would not book with her again.
