Tropical Nails

This was my first visit to the salon. I went in for filling. I decided to change the shape of my square French manicure to oval nails. Plus I wanted to get some nail art done based on a picture I found online. Kathy did a phenomenal job on my nails. She made my nails look even prettier than the picture I had shown her.

Love this place. I have been going here for a couple of months now. I always see Kathy - she is amazing. They are timely, friendly, and I have never had an issue with my polish peeling. This is the only salon that I’ve ever had do a hot rock massage with a regular pedicure and give a neck massage with a manicure. I would give them 10’⭐️ if I could.

Simply the BEST business providing the best value for great prices too! Full service following all CDC guidelines, cutting edge equipment, setting the standards for the industry. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, convenient hours by appointment with walk-ins happily accepted. I have been a very happy, satisfied client for over 10 years. The website features a photo of the amazing work on my wife's wedding manicure. Personal services better than any other full service parlor I have experienced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They do not offer new pedicure kits for each new customer. And when I ask for a new one she told me next time I can bring my own. Customer service was a zero. When arriving I was the only customer in the shop. And they were not very welcoming. And to tell a customer to bring their own supplies at the same cost is mind blowing. This will be the last time I spend my money at this shop. They can just continue to do each others nails. Technicians didnt speak English well and got upset because I couldn't understand what she was saying, and when I asked the other technician to help she got nasty. Wont be back. If you use this shop good luck!

Lady hurt me on 4 nails and it’s bloody. She was rushing me to pay before she even finished. I asked for stilettos and she gave me ugly uneven squares that are way too short. I’m just very upset I’m stuck with these for a month.
