I LOVE Tromblay. We had an awesome first haircut experience with Alisha! She was an absolute gem and made my little gal feel so calm and special. Can't wait for her to cut the rest of our hairs ☺️. Great service, well run, and stylists seem happy! Love it.

1st.....I am 72 yrs old and have visited this store before. This salons website states haircuts from $40-$60. After getting in the old dental chair, my 1st request I made to Albert, owner & stylist, was that I wanted a short, messy Look !! So 40 minutes later I have a "do" that emphasizes my receding hairline Bigtime and is NOT MESSY BUT SMOOTH. When I said....this is not Me, it is not flattering and it is not messy, he took the cape off and stated, "well I'm the stylist". He is an Arrogant Fool to treat customers like that. I was upset. Upon checkout I had spoke to the receptionist and Alberts Wife at the desk how unhappy I was and that ALBERT disregarded my wishes. THEN they said the charge was $84. I WAS SHOCKED and spoke of their website. The next excuse was the website hasn't be
