I usually have a great experience here. But today, my eyebrows came out extremely messed up, uneven, and just bad. Usually, it’s the older woman that does my eyebrows, but today it was a different person and she genuinely messed me up so bad, that I’m leaving a review, which is something I never do. It seems she was an apprentice and learning, but my eyebrows are not the place to learn, and I should’ve been given the option beforehand to get them done by someone more knowledgeable. I genuinely have been brought to tears by my experience here today.

I love the owner (short hair and glasses) but the taller girl with glasses, she has messed my friend and I up on multiple occasions. I declined her service today, but she did my best friends eyebrows and they were absolutely horrible. She needs a lot more training.

The owner is the only person that needs to be working in this shop. I’ve been to 2 separate people and they were both terrible. I asked to see the mirror multiple times while getting my eye brows done because it was taking over 10 mins on ONE BROW and they ignored me or told me no. I have multiple open gashes in my eyebrow. Please if you go only allow the owner to do your eye brows. The rest need more training and you don’t want to be used as a test dummy.

The owner, Triveni, does any absolutely fantastic job. I come every two weeks to get full face threading. I have had a few of the other ladies do it as well but Triveni is by far the best. Takes her time and makes sure she doesn't miss any hair.

The ower does an amazing job but anyone else has left thread burns on the bottom of my eye brows it feels like little cuts. I stopped asking for aloe because it burns like HELL . This is the 3rd time this has happend getting close to finding somewhere else . Im just gonna start asking for the owner .
