What an amazing experience! Got the 1hr Advanced Facial and 1 hr Swedish Massage. Stress relieved and my face looks like years were taken off! Best prices around! Very strong masseuse, but if it's too hard, you just tell her and she'll adjust. The facial definitely helped to drain fluid, I'm not so puffy and my chin is snatched. Planning on going back. Find them at the Macy's side of Buckland Hills. Love them!

I recently booked an "Advanced Facial" at Spa Day and wanted to share my feedback regarding the treatment I received. While the facial massage was absolutely wonderful, very relaxing, thorough, and professionally done, I felt that, as booked, the advanced facial felt more like a massage rather than a full facial. Specifically: There was no exfoliation or scrubbing to remove dead skin cells. No extractions were performed to clear blackheads or whiteheads. The skin was not fully cleansed as part of the treatment process. Because of this, while I deeply appreciated the massage, the treatment overall did not reflect the full advanced facial experience that I had booked, which is important to remove impurities and rejuvenate the skin. My husband and I came for a facial and a massage, a gift from Christmas from our daughter and son in law.. it was a good experience, they have great hands, a quiet and relaxing environment. Excellent service.

I went in for a relaxing, gentle massage, but I ended up feeling more pain than before my visit. The masseuse was extremely rough and even had the nerve to ask for a tip afterward. I mentioned that my right side was experiencing some discomfort, but she completely ignored my concerns. It was the worst massage I've ever had!
