The retreat was well organized and lovely. The space at Cedar Crest lodge was perfect. We had great food, just the right amount of yoga and inspiration. So glad I went.

Trinity Wellness Yoga Studio is an incredible place to practice yoga! The atmosphere is welcoming and serene, making it easy to relax and focus on your practice. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, providing personalized guidance to help you improve your skills. I love the variety of classes offered, catering to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The sense of community is strong, and everyone feels supported. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to enhance their wellness journey!

I went to the Persian Dance Middle Eastern night. It was so welcoming and Neda really made me feel like I've been going there for years. The food was AMAZING! The rooms are relaxing to be in and felt like home. The atmosphere when dancing/working out is friendly and easy to mingle with ones you don't know. Not having worked out in a group setting for YEARS, I was worried how others would see me, but they were all inviting. I'm excited to try yoga at this location! Already signed up for a couple classes!

Trinity Wellness is a calm and welcoming place for all! I have been massaged here and joined a yoga class or two and my experience has always been incredibly healing.
