I had a terrible experience, I do not recommend Dani! I asked Dani to do balayage and a frame with highlights so that when I lift my hair, the highlights would be visible. After rinsing, I saw that there were no highlights at all when I lifted my hair. I asked her to add more highlights, but she started yelling at me and told me to pay immediately and leave the salon, saying she wasn’t willing to add any highlights. I told her she should finish her service, but she called the police instead. I ended up paying for terrible service and a horrible result. I absolutely do not recommend her. After the salon’s response, I feel it’s important to warn other customers: Dani actually left me with wet hair, demanded I pay, and told me to leave—unbelievable! I’ve been going to this salon for years. I’ve seen it grow and can safely say that it’s the best. The blowouts are the fastest you can get, and will last weeks. Trust me I know I have extremely curly hair. The nail tech is gentle, and very careful with my nails, and bite my nails. Thanks to her I’m stopping. Not to mention the outstanding care they have for their clients, and passion for their job. I always get a sweet treat from spending time with them and the cookies in the counter😊.
