Trillium Nails & Spa

I came in as a walk-in and first time customer, but this is the last time I will come here. I came in for a mani/pedi which they sat me immediately and started on my toes (which came out fine.) The manicure was horrible though, my nail tech was aggressive and cut my cuticles three times, and when they started bleeding she didn’t apologize or say anything just cleaned up the blood. Please don’t come here, especially if you’re a POC person because I was watching the other customers and the quality of nails was noticeable different. Extremely disappointed and a waste of 55 dollars (65 dollars because i still tipped them.)

BEWARE of this place. I came here back in 2023. When I first entered , I was greeted by one of the ladies. I told her I was looking to get a full set, short nails just one solid color and no design. She said it would cost $100, maybe because I am a poc or for whatever reason, she asked if I could afford that. I thought that was very rude. I should’ve left at that point but I stayed. I got my full set, which the lady kept burning me the whole time which has never happened to me. She ended up doing an absolute horrible job. My nails were uneven and just looked terrible. I went up to pay and was only going to leave a $10 tip since I was not satisfied. The lady then guilted me for only leaving $10 tip- in front of everybody. I’ve been here many times but this time is absolutely going to be the last time. I was few minutes late for my appointment and the lady who did my manicure was in such rushed manner kept pulling my hands aggressively as she ordered me to switch hands to put into the gel manicure oven, borderline being rude. 20 mins done ! This is not what I expected for a premium device which is what this place is about. Nothing was being offered like previously. My pedicure lady on the other hand was very nice if weren’t her I would’ve gave it 2 stars at the best. Very disappointed!

Extremely disappointed in Trillium. I spent $237.00 NOT including tip and got a $20 quality gel fill and a $5 quality pedicure! I have been wanting to go there for years; finally, last week I treated myself and my daughter to a mani/pedi, I got a gel fill and spa pedicure. The woman i had rushed through both my pedicure and gel fill. She barely massaged my feet, did a rush job exfoliating my heels and feet; Put so little gel on my nails that one nail literately flexes back and forth because the lack of gel on it, over filed my nails so much that I now have extremely narrow nails that I need to get new gel put on, and she did a horrible job on my cuticles. I asked for silver glitter on my tips, which I was grossly charged $20 for, got a little brushing of multi-color glitter after I told

The people there were very nice and professional. Place is clean and reasonable price. However, I got the gel so my nail polish would last longer then a few days but this isn't the case my 2 nail polish are already chipping. I am not happy about that because I paid for the gel hard nail polish.
