Tricho Salon Royal Oak

My experience here has always been splendid! Staff are always super kind and caring, offering refreshments and starting conversations. My stylist who I have seen for years now is so amazing. Cece always listens and takes her time to make sure my hair never gets damaged and looks exactly how I pictured it in my head. I am always easily able to communicate my needs. It may take time, but I know I’ll be leaving with my dream hair style and not fried ends and a choppy cut like other salons… Highly recommend her!!!

This salon is extremely unprofessional. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment with CeCe and sat in the waiting area for over 20 minutes while the front desk chatted. No one checked in with me or communicated any updates. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told CeCe was running so far behind that it would be an hour before she could take me. Neither CeCe nor the front desk made any effort to inform me beforehand, I was just expected to sit there indefinitely. My time was completely disrespected. At that point, I had no choice but to walk out. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this salon.

Lily is an amazing stylist! She’s been cutting my hair for over a year now and always does an amazing job. I get regular trims with heavy layers and she never disappoints. My haircut always comes out beautiful with lots of movement, and I get the most compliments on my hair soon after she’s done it. Skill set aside, Lily is very sweet and fun to have an appointment with. She is clear with her intentions for the appointment and consistently checks in to make sure things are exactly how I want them. I highly recommend Lily, she is my hairstylist for life!!

We love Stacey! She does a great job is very personable and gets the cut and color done well in a timely manner.
