Have been taking my Son to Tri-Masters for at least 10 years. Even went when I was sporting a fade.. Ed, the owner is amazing, my son has Autism but he is alwasy calm and collected when he gets his hair cut. Definitely another place that has earned a long time customer.

Not a clue of what good customer service or just common decency can do for a small business... I heard about the work they do thru a coworker...got the # called repeatedly...never got a person on the phone, or a returned call...so I did a walk in.Well when I entered the door nobody said a word?? No hi..hey...who ya looking for, or can I help you??...Nothing!! I was taught that Acknowledging each other shows that we are civilized! After a minute I turned and Walked out, me and my money!!...I never looked back. This business needs a makeover inside and out... secure ya bag PEOPLE.
