I went here for the first time today and got a beautiful balayage done by Jasmine! Highly recommend booking with her! The way she melted the highlight into my roots is flawless

I have been going to Trendz in Hellertown ever since they opened and I’ve always been extremely pleased! I’ve had hair styling, color, manicures, pedicures and various services. The staff is great and the atmosphere is so welcoming! My husband has also started going to Trendz for his haircuts and he loves it too. All of the stylists are professional and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any one of them! I always leave feeling pampered and pleased.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I’ve been looking for a new place to get my hair done and was initially excited to try this one based on a referral from my coworker. The pricing was reasonable and the extended hours worked well with my schedule. Unfortunately, my first appointment left me incredibly dissatisfied. I was placed with a stylist who had just graduated and was only 18 years old. While I fully support new professionals gaining experience, I was never informed ahead of time that I would be seeing someone so new to the industry. Had I know, I absolutely would have requested a more experienced stylist and waited a little longer for an appointment with one. That lack of communication from the salon was extremely disappointing. I was in to get highlights and at first was not completely satisfied with the results. I let them know, and they were not hesitant to help resolve my concern. She listened to any changes needed and executed them greatly and I am very happy with the results after! I definitely appreciate the customer service as well :)
