Holiday Hair

Been going here for years. Would never consider going anywhere else from the work they do and the quality people the staff are. I doubt I am the only customer though who thinks the pricing could be more in line with the work done. A bottom trim is not worth $35 and a customer should not have to pay expert fees as to everything. I dont understand why the company doesn't pay that. It makes me feel bad when I cant tip as much because the company took too much. And most companies have the ability to adjust prices. Holiday Hair might want to consider more adjustments and customer comps for loyal customers. But luckily they are convenient and do have a great staff. I can highly recommend them from that perspective.

Alexis was wonderful! She did such a beautiful short cut on my hair. Done exactly the way I like it. It's not easy to find someone who can do a great short haircut. Many will leave it choppy and uneven. She's very accomplished. I didn't have to wait at all, and she was super nice to talk to.The location is perfect and the shop is very neat and clean. I will definitely be returning to have Alexis cut my hair and chat again. Great job everyone!

Santana did a good job but Online booking is miss leading cuz when I booked a hair cut,shampoo,quick dry it said 32.00 and when I got there for my appt. they told me it was 45.00 and I said online said 32.00 they said well its 45.00 do you still want the cut and shampoo,quick dry,i needed the hair cut ,so I paid the 45.00 for a hair cut ,shampoo and quick dry and checked out in under 30mins. Just wow, 6 month ago I pd only 30 or 31 for hair cut , shampoo, quick dry.

I arrived and checked in at 11:20 for my 11:30am appointment with Angela. Another friend also made a 11:30 appointment and was scheduled with ‘Next Available’. She arrived about 3 minutes after me and we checked in again together, verbally stating our appointments, time, and staff choices. She was taken immediately. She was totally done before I was even taken. ‘Ange’ did not acknowledge the appointment and took 2 other people before me. I thought perhaps there was another ‘Angela’ since another staff kept telling me ‘soon’, then ‘about 10-15 minutes’, then ‘5 minutes’ after she went in back, came out and told me those ‘times’. 30 minutes after my arrival, at about 11:52 I asked ‘what’s going on?’ Then they approached ‘Ange’ about the 11:30 appointment. She said ‘No I don’t have an 11:3

Santana did a FANTASTIC JOB on my hair today. I have fine hair and wanted volume and a new style. Her recommendations were fantastic and my hair looks awesome. Thank you Santana!--Jen W
