Trendy Hair Spot

I wish I would have read these reviews before going in here as a new client. Maricela Navarro is the owner and she does not take pride in her work or her salon. After turning my hair grey and blue in some places when I asked for blonde touch up, she charged me $278. She didn’t even foil my whole hair and claimed she did my whole hair when she only my did “some” of the roots. She used grey or other dark products when I get bleach blonde. There was still my natural red hair in chunks all over. When I asked to talk to her privately to respectfully not discuss in front of her other clients, she was rude and unprofessional. She refused to refund me any portion and did not offer to correct it. I had to pay an additional $150 to get it fixed by another stylist at another salon who did it the righ

I cannot believe what they did to my hair and for the price !!! I asked for highlights and all she did was use a couple of foils for the top of my hair , not in between so if I were to part my hair in half no highlights show!!! It’s horrible not even blended to my bottom hair … she charged me 180.00 and I was only there for 30 min .. never again. Plz don’t go to this place save ur money!!!go elsewhere trust me

I got my hair done here by the owner I paid $453 for highlights and I also got lip blushing that she paid $175 for she said it would last about a year and it's already coming apart and blotchy within a month my lips don't look like they're supposed to so the rest I just paid for highlights no color no nothing my hair is three different colors I hate it never go back she kept laughing me alone while my hair was in the sinks for like 30 minutes and then she kept walking away she numbed me 30 minutes before she did the lip blushing and the know me went away and she started it was painful but I stuck through it and I did it this one only cares about money and she charges ridiculous prices I'm going somewhere else so I could get my blonde what I wanted I wish your best luck but she overpriced a

Second visit very unhappy my hair is a total mess !First visit the owners daughter did my hair did a great job.had appointment today assuming the daughter would be the one doing my hair didn’t show up so the mom the owner and the assistant worked on my hair overcharged me close to 200 dollars for this mess 😡 which I was expecting to pay 85 dollars for a retouch up NOT GOING BACK!

VERY bad service, she left my hair fried so much hair fell off , i asked for a copper red and she left some spots black , she’s not dedicated of her work , she vapes in front of her clients she also had one of her friends (non certified cosmetologist) to do most of HER job for her while she sat down on her phone….. i was kind enough to not ask for a refund for the way she left some hair spots and the way she fried my hair. Paid $160 and if she was going to leave my hair that way , i could’ve definitely done better MYSELF .
