I want to be thoughtful in sharing this, because my intention is not to place blame on an individual stylist. Gabby, who normally does my hair, was on maternity leave, and unfortunately there was very poor communication from the salon during that time. Messages went unanswered, and there did not appear to be a clear system in place for managing or transitioning her clients while she was away. Because of the lack of communication, I ultimately decided to visit another salon. While there, a licensed stylist evaluated the most recent extension service I had received and identified a serious concern with the installation. This was my first time working with Julia. She did a great job and gave me exactly what I was asking for. I changed my hair from brown to red. Julia wanted it perfect so she took the time to consult with other stylist, which showed me that she really cared how my hair would turn out. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been going to Trend for years. Jessica (the owner) is a true artist in both color and cut. I always get compliments on my hair and the color looks natural. Everyone I’ve gone to there has been great. Julia (her protégé) is wonderful as well. Plus there is a family feel despite a high level of professionalism. Jessica is able to keep that balance. No wonder the place is busy!

I’ve been to Kelly a few times for haircuts now and she is consistently the best! She listens to what you want and executes it perfectly. Super quick but precise and very reasonable pricing! 10/10 recommend this salon and Kelly specifically.
