I’ve known Madge for many years, both as her client and as a student of hers in lymphatic massage (MLD). She is dedicated to her work, compassionate, and intent on helping people. She is an exceptional massage therapist, very skilled, and with a detailed understanding of anatomy and treatment. She works with a lot of high-risk clients and genuinely cares about their well-being. Because she cares, and because she is a teacher, she is always learning and refining. Her massage therapy is sensitive, effective, and feels amazing, both during and after the session. I have been seeing Madge Lockwood professionally for over 22 years when I received a gift certificate from a friend as a gift. I already had a regular person and place for massage but switched to Madge Lockwood after my first experience. Over the years I have needed different achy parts attended to as my mobility lessened and walking aids stressed different areas.
