Best hair cut I ever had thank you so much I’ll be back

Despite my review from a few years ago, this was still the nicest haircut I ever had. The lady did a nice job on my hair, but it was not the haircut that I asked for. I showed her the picture 2 or 3 times. I said at the end that it did not look like the picture and she said to just use gel later... I paid for the haircut and gave a $5 tip, but I will not be going back. It would be one thing to have a miscommunication, but I showed a picture and the haircut that I got wasn't even in the right ballpark.

My first time with Joanne. She did exactly what I wanted. The only complaint when blow drying and flat ironing she didn't apply any heat protectant. I'll definitely see her again.
