Tree of Life Wellness Center

I had such a great experience at Tree of Life in Woodland Park. The space is peaceful and welcoming, and you can feel the relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in. My massage was exactly what I needed. I also tried the Ionic Foot Spa and absolutely loved it. It’s an incredible detoxing treatment, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to recharge and experience holistic care in Woodland Park.

I tried the Soundbath, useful to get your frequency up for muscles and organs (I have been very exhausted, in pain and not sleeping well at all since I broke my leg in September). It was so relaxing that I fell asleep and woke myself up snoring/snorting, LOL. Tracey is very gifted with Sound for healing/resetting frequency. I could feel the sound going into different parts of my body, muscles and different organs. It is very relaxing, and when I got up an hour later after the mat, my pain / flight or fight symptoms were gone. Then I went to Terri Who is very good at resetting muscle memory, “Kinesiology”.
