I absolutely love Barre Strong with Eliza! I’ve been a student with her for 4 years and follow her wherever she goes!! She is fun, energetic, and great at keeping you motivated as you work you 🍑 off in class! Can’t say enough good about her class! She is so worth going to The Herd for!

I was in town recently visiting my mother and took two classes at the HERD. The foam rolling class with Keily was insightful and gave me ways to loosen up tight areas between workouts. Julie’s Friday yoga was so fun and relaxing—perfect for a fall morning. The space is cozy and the instructors are caring and knowledgeable.

I went in with complaints of clicking in my hip flexors with exercise as well as pain in the clavicle and pec muscles. Following my massage the pain in my chest is no longer present and my hips feel more mobile. Jamie made the most of the hour we had together and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The relaxed and welcomed environment that target all the senses was wonderful. From the amazing smell, cleanly office and soothing sounds, not to mention the massage its self I would say schedule today!

Jamie has created a welcoming, therapeutic environment. She has given me deep tissue massage with cupping. She is knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my areas of concern making great suggestions that helped me feel relief after. Paige has given me a regular massage and a lymphatic massage, both treatments leaving me feeling better after. You just have to give these amazing ladies a try!

I recently tweaked my back carrying heavy materials while working on our deck and at points I had trouble even getting out of bed. After a massage with Jamie my mobility and pain went down dramatically! It was also a very relaxing experience overall. Jamie is great and truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend!
