The service was superb inspite of the holiday rush. My nail technician demonstrated skilled art work that was by far better than photo I presented (christmas theme design). She exceeded my expectations. Super talented and attentive to every single detail. Thank you!

My gel manicure didn’t even last one week, I got them done Saturday and by Wednesday they were peeling . The nail tech I had did a rush job on me while also trying to watch something on her phone while doing my nails. Definitely not a good experience for my first time visiting.

I went to trans a WEEK AGO! My nails started to break off literally a few days after getting them done, and I wasn’t doing any hard labor, I was on vacation! Also, I got matte on my tips, and she started to put shiny top coat on, I corrected her, but she said she’ll put clear on first before matte, which I figured she knew something that I didn’t..literally my matte started to come off, bc the shiny was underneath, a few days after getting them done. I also just realized one of my toes was half painted,.do not recommend

I used to love this place and would come every time my nails needed to be done but they fell off. When I went today, there was a whole new staff, except for the guy at the register. When I showed the lady the design I wanted for my nails she said “I’ll try”, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I got ombré nails and she used powder which means they costed way more than they could have, on top of the fact that some of my nails actually hurt.

My toenails were not completely polished. Stylist used the wrong color and continued without fixing the problem. The gel in my manicure began to peel the same day. By the second day, my nails began to chip. I felt like I paid professional prices for amateur work.
