I had my first full body massage here and it exceeded my expectations. The provider was incredibly professional and created a relaxing, welcoming environment right away. The massage was thoughtful, well-paced, and clearly tailored to my needs. I walked out feeling relaxed, grounded, and genuinely better in my body. Five stars without hesitation!

I have a membership and have been going to Thee Self Care Sanctuary for a full body massage for over a year, once a month. When I tell you that I look forward to massage day every month, that’s an understatement! Vikki is attentive and intuitive, and has identified pain points in my body that I wasn’t able to articulate. I am now more in-tune with my body physically, and notice an improvement in my back pain after massages. Furthermore, she’s helped me to identify my daily habits that contribute to my pain, so that I can actively make adjustments. Note I’m a shy, awkward, and anxious person but Vikki has such a warm kindhearted personality that made me completely comfortable and safe as she reassured me every step of the way. She is nothing less than exceptional. I did not know what to expect for my first Swedish massage, considering I arrived with a sore body and pain all over my body, since I’m extremely active when it comes to fitness, she relieved all of them with her magical touch and presence.
