I highly recommend Betty to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful results. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and consistent. For the past 8 years, every appointment has been a great experience — from the consultation to the final style. She takes the time to understand my preferences while also providing expert advice (sometimes my asks have been unrealistic and she cares enough to not fry my hair. She cares about how I look and the actual health of my hair). The results are always exactly what I hoped for (or better). Her professionalism and passion for her craft truly shines through. I love my appointments with Shannon! She is the sweetest cosmetologist I have had. It's always relaxing time sitting in her salon. The other girls are nice, professional and the conversations are interesting. I sometimes feel we should go back in time for a weekly appointment!

I know Betty just recently came to the salon, and I did follow her as her client. She does wonderful! It’s always fun to chat with her and she always gets my hair the way I want it. This is the first time I’ve went to her at her new salon, and she’s still just as great, and so is the salon! It’s so cute and relaxing inside. I asked for some product and Betty was very helpful, as was the other employee! I appreciate them suggesting that I try the sample size first to make sure I like it! Donelle: I am a super picky person when it comes to how my hair looks and feels, and I know I am not an ideal client. Donelle took the time to understand my needs, stick to my color wishes and give me a color that worked perfectly, and gave me the patience I desperately need. She has been fantastic every time I have gone to her, and look forward to coming back! Shannon: I met Shannon when she did my hair for a wedding. I gave her very vague directions and told her to go for it. She captured what I wanted perfectly! I loved my hair so much, and I felt so pretty! Maddie: Maddie did my make up for the wedding, and she did exactly what I had asked, capturing the vision I had for myself and making it come to life! They’re all so talented with what they do and I’m so appreciative!

I can't remember the girl's name. But I think her name was Cheyenne. That did my hair and she did an amazing job. Thank you very much
