Not really happy with the results I spent $130 for this and it isn’t what she expected. Not much blonde in her hair. My daughter showed her a photo of what she wanted this isn’t even close to it. I was charged for a toner but it clearly didn’t tone it good enough! Her hair is very yellow/gold not what she wanted. She’s gotten highlights many of times and it always comes out blonde but not this time! I was asking about extensions as well was told I would get a price but never heard a word. 1st photo is what she showed the stylist and the 2nd & 3rd pics is her hair! I feel like she didn’t get what she wanted and I wasted over $100 because it’s not even blonde how she wanted! EDIT : she’s a kid, of course she doesn’t want any confrontation with an adult! Grace—she was seriously AMAZING!! I have never felt as comfortable with someone as I did with her. I honestly thought the color I wanted would take several appointments, but Grace nailed it in just a couple of hours. She is truly an artist. EDIT: I was exchanging messages with the stylist and salon owner so I could at least attempt to the get this fixed. However, while the original stylist offered to fix this at no cost to me she sent me a long excuse in her text to me and it basically boiled down to it was my hair's fault it turned out that way. I won't be going back. I've since gotten a consultation at another salon with someone that works with short hair and she agreed this was a skill issue and not the fault of my hair. This was a very upsetting experience. Original Review: I sat with this hair overnight to make sure I wasn't being dramatic but I can say with utmost certainty I am not. I could live with it being cut shorter than my reference picture, it will grow out, but the overall haircut is terrible. I had no chance
