Every time i go lately i regret it. Recently though, Last time I asked for something specific for nail shape she replied "okay" a bunch and didn't do it. This time she dremeled so deep into my nailbed it hurt like hell then when she put primer on it burned like crazy! Then she didn't ask what shape i wanted and just did round. I can not go back if i am going to keep getting the same woman. i was so shocked to be in pain i couldn't even speak. I started to cry before i realized she put acrylic on the nail/finger that hurts. Luckily that was fine or i would've stopped right there and walked out. The price is waaaay to high to feel so scared of the dremel that i feel like im at the dentist! Im leaving the salon so anxious!! Im not coming back.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now for pedicures and brows. My pedi consistently lasts over a month and always looks great imo! In the last year I started getting my brows shaped there and always leave happy. In the whole time coming I had one instance of my polish chipping shortly after going in, I went back the next day and they were super apologetic and redid the entire pedicure, its never happened again. I've gone to a handful of salons in Kingston and Tranquility is by far the best in my opinion!

Do not come here unless you want to pay for horrible services. The employees had bad energy, burned me, and didn’t even do a good job!

My friend got her nails done 2 days ago and they popped off as soon as she got home , they don’t refund ur money so if u want ur nails to stay on i suggest that you DONT to this place

The outside of this place is deceiving. The inside is beautiful and clean. I needed to remove gel polish of my nails and get a plain manicure with a clear coat. My nails were weak after having gel polish done twice. I was told the manicure would be $15. I felt the manicurist was rushing and not doing a good job. After everything was done and a poorly applied clear coat, the man told me $20. I still tipped him $5. Figured lesson learned. My main objective was to get the gel off and it was done. I don’t plan to go back there again because the service was poor quality and the fee changed after the work was done.
