Tranquility nail and spa

This was my first time trying this place out. The lady that did them was nice but when I got home my female relatives were all saying they are too thick and some crooked. Now that I take a closer look I do see that they are too chunky, crooked, and uneven. There’s also bubbles on the thumb one. I have never had nails this bad (respectfully). I am disappointed because although the lady was nice I just don’t think these nails were worth $50 at all considering that they were a fill. I couldn’t go back to bring this matter up because I was already running late for work. Lady was nice, just not the work I expected for $50.

From the moment I walk in, Amy greets me with warmth and genuine care. She’s the owner and absolutely one of the best nail professionals I’ve ever met. Amy takes time to understand exactly what I want whether it’s a gel manicure, acrylic full set, or a pedicure and her attention to structure and quality is superb. Amy’s nail work is meticulous. She files in one consistent direction, builds strong, even structure, and finishes with flawless polish application. My nails always look neat and healthy, and they hold up beautifully over time. The place is super clean and the people are very friendly. This place is very serene and peaceful. I wish I would of been going here from the start but now I wouldn't change it. To the lady who does my nails Aunty you do an awesome job. Thank you so much. Happy customer over here 😊 My nail tech Aunty really gets me and slays each time.

I absolutely love this place I drive from CT to go to Ami the coowner. She does an amazing job every time. She’s attentive while also helping with the phones and other staff. If I don’t like something she will fix it to something I do like. No matter how many times I say it’s fine she knows by my face I don’t like it and she will fix it right away. I love this place and I will definitely continue to go. The designs are completely how I want them or sometimes I’ll ask her to freestyle and she understands the assignment everytime 🧡
